Bad breath is nasty.
Like most people, I'm not a fan...
...but there probably is some creepy person out there who enjoys bad breath.
I never really tied together bad breath and gut health.
Having a gut overrun with bad bacteria and undigested protein can contribute greatly to bad breath.
This can also increase smelly fart frequency.
Again...
Not a fan!
Here's the thing.
This morning I listened to a really informative replay of a Webinar by Wade Lightheart.
Wade has been a digestive health expert since 1999.
He is also co-founder of BiOptimizers and creator of P3-OM.
This is the premium probiotic on the market.
I learned a bunch of new info on the webinar replay, but this was my favorite.
All probiotics grow in number as you take them.
One of the most important factors is "DOUBLING SPEED" of CFU (Colonizing Forming Units):
- Probiotic #1: May contain 100 CFUs of probiotic and has a doubling speed of 24 hours. After 24 hours there will be 200 CFUs of probiotic.
- Probiotic #2: May only have 50 CFUs but has a doubling speed of 1 hour. After 24 hours there will be many multiples of CFUs compared to probiotic 1.
This is important, because doubling speed can vary drastically.
P3-OM has a doubling speed of 20 minutes.
So after 60 minutes, there is 8 times the CFUs (2 X 2 X 2).
Another vital thing for probiotics is surviving the gut.
P3-OM has a US patent (US 5895758 A) as proof of several claims.
Two important claims in this patent:
- Easily survives the human digestive system.
- Gets rid of bad bacteria in the gut.
This is a big deal, because according to the Viome Test, created by Naveen Jain...
99% of probiotics are worthless, since they don't survive the digestive process.
P3-OM is one of the rare probiotics that actually works.
BiOptimizers runs a sale 1-2 times per year on this supplement:
If you want to be sure you are taking a probiotic that makes a difference?
This is the supplement you will want to take.

I learned quite a bit from Wade when it comes to digestion and overall health.
He's a smart guy when it comes to this stuff.
