Beginning January 4th I'm leading a fat loss group. I'll be taking people through our 14-day Fat Loss Boost diet.
After these 14 days...
We will be eating for 4 weeks at maintenance calories (any diet type you prefer).
You can eat what you want during this time.
You just have to keep calories within reason so you don't gain back lost body fat.
After the 4 weeks of regular eating...
It's back to 14 days of rapid fat loss.
Basically, it will be 2 weeks of dieting alternated with 4 weeks of flexible eating.
I'm personally going to be doing this plan and alternate like this until mid-June.
I'd love for you to do this with me.
This will be the schedule:
- Jan 4 - Jan 17 (diet)
- Jan 18 - Feb 14 (maintenance)
- Feb 15 - Feb 28 (diet)
- Mar 1 - Mar 28 (maintenance)
- Mar 29 - Apr 11 (diet)
- Apr 12 - May 9 (maintenance)
- May 10 - May 23 (diet)
- May 24 - June 6 (maintenance)*
- June 7 - June 20 (diet)
Note: I wanted to finish leading the group by June 21st so I purposely reduced that last maintenance period to 2 weeks instead of 4.
Why not just diet aggressively without these 4-week breaks?
Lowering calories becomes less effective over time.
This is because the metabolism eventually drops to match the low calorie diet.
Fat loss happens quickly at first, but then stalls after a few weeks once the metabolism slows to match the lower calorie intake.
Increasing the calories to maintenance for 4 weeks gets the metabolism revving again without adding body fat.
Then we drop calories again once the metabolism is rocking.
Fat loss happens quickly again.
Too many dieting approaches result in frustrating fat loss sticking points.
This diet is designed to avoid them entirely.
Want to join me and a group of other cool peeps who want to get lean by summer?
Right now our goal is to help a large group of people get massive transformations by summer 2021.
We would love for you to be part of this.
This will be the only time I will be able to personally lead a group through 5 rounds like this back-to-back.
At some point, I'm going to run out of body fat :)
Not a terrible problem to have.
Anyway...
We begin next Monday.
This gives you exactly one week to eat up all of your Holiday leftovers and cookies, etc.
I hate wasting food...
So eat that stuff this week and then get ready to drop body fat next week.
